I saw the other revue on this office. So I had to put in my experience with this office. I have never had a problem with my mail. I have been here just over a year with no issues what so ever. The people are courteous and help full when you visit. I give them 5 stars!!

For the fifth time now in the past two or three months, the Union mail carriers have erroneously delivered mail.



The first and second time someone else's mail was delivered in my mail box.



The third time a package was delivered to my house but I caught the carrier in time to return the package to them.



The fourth time another person's mail was delivered in my mailbox. I personally drove to the person's house to deliver the mail personally myself.



The fifth time was today. My mail was delivered to another person's mailbox and was later redirected to me.



Too many mistakes. I wonder how many of my mail never actually got to be.



I'm hoping the Union Postmaster/Postmistress can correct this situation. It seems more training needs to be provided to the carriers. I don't want anybody to lose their job. That's not my intent. I once had a supervisor who wanted to fire a coworker because she wasn't doing her job right. Our Department Director stepped in and encouraged giving the employee proper training vice firing her.
