Candy has improved. She was friendly and helpful. My initial problem had been the shipper had given an incorrect zip code and my package had traveled the country a bit. It was sent to the incorrect post office again, 3 weeks after initial shipment. So I was concerned that it might make the wrong trip again. When I talked to Candy she told me it had been sent to the correct post office in Union, but according to the USPS tracking there it was addressed to a PO Box. She volunteered to look at the photo and verify the address on the actual package. It was the correct street address, with the exception of the zip and should be delivered today. Now off to call the Union PO.
