Plumbing Connection is the most honest company that I have dealt with. They came by within 1 hour to fix my problem. They did their best to stay with the cost estimate. Great customer service I can't tell you how happy I am to have hot water again!!!! I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Connection and highly recommend their services. The receptionist was very accommodating and set me up with a free estimate. She also called to let me know when to expect my service tech so I didn't have such a long wait window. khan came out at my first convience to access the problem. He showed me how to check my water meter myself for a leak, he also tested the pressure coming into my home. I really appreciate how much time he spent with me in person and with my family on the phone. When he left he wrote me an estimate with my options and fully explained all issues to me clearly. Once we decided on our new water heater Dave was back first thing the next day ready to install it. He proved to be most kind, and professional. I couldn't be happier.
