Parc Medallion

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Compared to other apartments I've lived in the management here makes an extra effort to be professional, polite, and courteous. There are exciting amenities like a dog park, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, and lots of washers and dryers. Amy's Donuts next door has the best hot pastrami sandwiches. Quik Stop is open 24 hours, and they do have an ATM, do money orders, and have a selection of food items. There is a bus stop right on the corner, and the number 2 bus can take you directly to BART, Food Max, or Walmart. The community is quiet, the people seem happy, my neighbors are nice, and the grounds have beautiful trees and flowers, and the grounds are very well kept and cleaned often. My apartment is beautiful. I just moved in January 15, 2021. I love the walk-in closet, the private patio, the freshly painted walls, the beautiful grey floors, the brand new carpet in the bedroom, the full size bathroom and appliances, the spacious dining and living room. The garbage disposal and dishwasher make my life easier. You cannot beat the weather in the East Bay. I have zero complaints.
