Charter Oak Federal Credit

I've been with this bank and going to this branch just under 20 years. Charter Oak WAS a wonderful neighborhood bank but not anymore...every single time I go in they treat me like a criminal and they're unfriendly as they do it.
A couple of days ago I went to the branch withdrew $200.00 from the ATM walked into the bank to get 4 $50 bills for the $20 bills. The teller asks for my account number...I said oh, I'm not withdrawing I just want bigger bills, again he said I need your account number...I asked why, he said I can't make change unless it's processed through your account, I gave him the debit card, he then rudely handed me 4 $50 bills and said have a good day.
The week before I wanted to make a deposit of cash and the teller would't do it until I gave her my license to scan.
The time before that I had an insurance check that was sent to me for repairs on a vehicle that is financed through Charter Oak, the teller/bank refused to allow me to deposit the check until I proved to them that I had the repairs done on my car because it's financed through them. I ended up having the insurance company mail the payment right to the garage instead of going through me.
And there's much more. I get really nervous every time I go into the bank. I think I would avoid doing business with this bank, they are no longer a friendly neighborhood bank.
