Whatever happened to the people who used to work for this office? The people who work there now should all be fired by management and new representatives hired after extensive training. Every representative there is dishonest and misleading in order to get the contracts they think will most advantageous to their commissions. They will sign you up for a payment plan even when you offer to pay for the phone upfront, forcing you into costly financing for phones being sold elsewhere for a penny. They won't give you the full information you need to make an informed decision. They will mess up your contracts and will do everything in their power to "accidentally forget" to give you a copy of the contract, and then claim they no longer have the contract and can't get it to you for 10 days. The manager will tell you that it's not law to provide customers with a contract (not true!) and that they "never give a copy of the contract to a customer unless they specifically ask." This is a blatant violation of the law. I found the franchise locations after being ripped off by the location at Airport Park Blvd, and so far, they have been honest and open in their business dealings. I strongly recommend trying a franchise location, if you must use US Cellular.

The people working here are the worst, I hope Verizon puts up a tower in Philo I will switch in a minute.
