These guys are the only actual model shop in town that specialize in airplanes and surface vehicles. They have many other cool things as well. In my mind you get what you pay for. They may be pricey but the service has always been top notch. I always go there for questions and they have great staff that can help you. If you need a return they will assist you. I have bought several planes from there and items. I will always support local business. The other posts are older and if you want a cool toy for Christmas or birthday for your kids this is the place to go.

I have to agree with the other reviewer about this place being way over priced. I called before going to see if they had an item and was told yes, go and NOPE, they didn't have it. A wasted 82 miles round trip. Hobby Lobby had it and good price too.

DO NOT SHOP HERE...The place is over priced, and so unorganized. The staff, with the exception of this girl named Brandi, seem to be pretty well versed. Getting them to help you though...that is a challenge...especially the Brandi girl. This girl spends more time talking on her phone than anything else. She eats at the registrar, talks about very crude and inappropriate things on her phone while children are around, and basically acts like her job is something she really does not care about. Her poor Boss, Nick I think is his name, can never get her to do anything she is supposed to. He spends more time running back and forth answering customer questions that she could answer than anything. I have spent plenty of money in hobbytown but this past week was the last straw, I am done. I will order online until Abe decides to change the face he has greeting me.
