Andy is a perfectionist and his acrylics look great and hold up really well. Recommend calling for an appointment if can to decrease wait time :)
I have known the owner for many years now and EVERYONE in this salon bends over backwards to provide excellent service. I recently returned from out of the country and needed a serious "fix" and Sheila immediately got me taken care of. Great place!!
Just had my nails done with gel. The staff was friendly. The shop was very clean. I was waited on quickly. There were several other clients and all seemed happy with their experience as well. Over all I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them!
The women here are very nice and make me feel very comfortable while getting "down there" waxed (not the most pleasant experience)...They will talk you through everything and make sure you're happy with your service. You even get a complimentary glass of wine :)
These people are rude and make you wait forever. They will tell you to have a seat at a station, then go help someone else for 30 minutes. When I was having a set removed, it was obviously painful, but the man kept prying the nail with one of the other acrylics. I was bleeding and he had torn my natural nail so my nail bed was exposed...to which he added a disinfectant, but kept pulling!! I tried to get out of there, but they charged me the full price even after I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before the torture began. Please don't put yourself through this, go somewhere else.
One of the best nail salons! Very friendly and kind! When I call before arriving at the salon, I do not have to wait. Paul and Ivy do excellent work, and can free hand awesome designs. I've tried several salons, but have been happiest at Lovely Nails. I would recommend them to everyone!
The worst service twice! The first time I went there was for a fill & they asked me to sit down & she started to remove my polish then she got up & walked away. I was on the phone using my head phones & wasn't paying attention to the time that had pass. When I looked up I realized that 10 mins had passed with no communication from my nail tech when I looked up for she was socializing in the back with another employee. Rude! Today I went in at 2:25 to get a fill & pedicure & they told me to wait 5 mins I was like okay. Then after 5 mins the lady got up with the appointment book & asked me to come back in an hour because they had other ppl scheduled between 2:30-3:30. I was like ooookkaay. She never asked me to make an appointment all she said was to come back in hour. I came back in a hour & then the lady looked at me got up & walked over to the guy doing a pedicure they were whispering back & forth to each other. He then stood up & grabbed the appointment book from the lady walked to me & asked me to come back at 5:30pm. Whhhaatt!! After they just told me to come back in an hour. The customer service was rude & unprofessional. How are walk ins welcome but ur not able to handle the capacity. Also the fact that I was the only ethnic person in the place probably played a role. I felt discriminated against & that they didn't want to serve me in 3 different instances.
Lovely nails is THE best nail salon ever!! Coming from California where we think they r best well try Paul or Ivy they can free hand the best French manicure and they guarantee there services I can not say enough about them I've been with them for 6 years and won't go any where else.. I took my 6 year old granddaughter with me and they gave me a great rate for kids pedi mani ! Give them a try and you will know why I sing their praises
I was desperate to get a new set of acrylics done, and my regular nail lady was unavailable so I decided to go here. The salon itself was beautiful, and it was obvious some of the nail techs had regulars. But after several minutes of looking at their thousands of colored tip options I felt as if the male technicians were getting mad at me, one in particular was quite rude. The man who did my nails was not nearly as rude, but was not exactly pleasant. The nails I had put on turned out beautiful, longer than I had hoped and far thinner than expected. I also feel as though the product that was used irritated my skin, and nails as they continued to burn and hurt long after I left. I'm glad I didn't pay the usual $50 it would cost me at my normal salon because while beautiful they hurt and are far thinner than I feel comfortable with. Wish I had listened to my husband and waited till my nail lady had an opening.
Talked to a woman claiming to be the owner of this business. She was very rude.
