Penny Joss Fletcher, MA

Ms. Fletcher is very gifted. In addition to expertise, a good therapist needs to be supportive. She helped me survive crises, including childrens' health needs, a cross-country move, financial disasters, major health issues, a 3-year divorce ..... and a perpetual shortage of ice cream at home.
Just a few years ago I had trouble eating, was so weak that it was hard to even leave home, cried a lot, and had bad anxiety attacks. Many of the crisis factors are still there, but I now can deal with them (sometimes with her help, sometimes on my own). What is most important, I have a meaningful life and am happy!!! Ms. Fletcher sees me as under her care--I am not alone. She has helped me make better decisions and handle life with more calmness inside. I do not recommend clinicians lightly. I know the wrong therapist can even be harmful, but the right one can transform one's life. I am thankful Ms. Fletcher does that for me!
