this company is terrible. not the employees, because they are truly amazing. they do their jobs in terrible working conditions. the CEO of this company, Alan, is a horrible boss. he treats his employees like crap. he is concerned with nothing but his own well being and cares only about making himself look good to people who have no bearing on his company whatsoever. he fires people, cuts salaries and gives unfair restrictions and conditions to his employees because all he cares about is making himself look good. he is irresponsible with the company's money, he is immature with how he deals with his employees... he is a ridiculous man and has no place in such a working environment... and CERTAINLY not in a place of authority.
