Carl's Jr.

I was at the Carl's Jr. on Thursday, April 3rd, 2008 around 1:00 pm in the afternoon traveling to San Diego,

I stopped in to get a sandwich to go. I bought a Famour Star combo with French fries and a Chocolate

milk shake to go. Once I got on the freeway, I opened my bag and started to eat my lunch from Carl's

this only took a minute or two at the most. The freeway runs by the Market Place where Carl's is located.



To my suprise the french fries were cool, not even luke warm, my Shake was like water and my

Famous Star was cold. I have been to many Carl's over the last twenty years and this was

the worst Combination I had ever had. Everything was very cold. Obivously all my food had been

sitting on a counter somewhere already premade and waiting for the next customer to come in.



This Carl's theme if I remember correctly, was avocating that you get in and back out without wasting any time.

I wasn't interest in them hurrying up, I wanted a warm sandwich and a very nice cold milk shake that

wasn't runny!



If this is the way other Carl's Resturants, are going to be, they won't have to worry about me coming back.

I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately the person behind the counter didn't give me a receipt or I would have

the number and time I was actually served.

Thanks Carls, I will not eat at a Carls again, do to this experience.
