My mother has lived at Olympics West Retirement home, independent wing for several years. We are a large family and frequently stop in and know that this is an excellent operation, clean, friendly and well organized. There are lots of activities and the dining hall serves really fine food with the most friendly staff. We are extremely well pleased with this situation and our mom loves it there. I read one other review that claims it is dirty and so on, nonsense! It is not inexpensive but is worth every penny and I highly endorse it. I know you are thinking that maybe I a "ringer" but no, I dont work for the company but am appreciative of everything they have done for our mother.

Hello I am writing in concern to the previous review. I am a employee of Olympics West of two years plus I am very thankful and glad to say my Grandmother lives there and has for 2 years also. I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Calfornia and Oregon previously along with many local nursing facilities and at these oher places of employment they do not have the staff who are commitment and care for the residents. My Grandmother is the most special person in my life and I would only want her to live in a very well kept clean living enviroment that I have only seen at Olympics West. I am very appreciative to know that I have a job that I enjoy daily and My Grandma is safe, comfortable, and cared for 24/7. Thank-you Olympics West for being a home to so many that deserve the outstanding care we give.

I was not happy with this particular facility. I considered moving my mom into this location, but when I went to see it in person; it was dirty and there were many unprofessional side conversations within the staff. A friend of mine also mentioned that on respite, her husband was there and was completely neglected by staff. Not a good place for loved ones at all!
