2 thumbs up! The staff is so experienced and really friendly. They help you stay motivated & inspired. They too have once been in our shoes. They are non judgemental and very down to earth & make you feel like your their only patient. Julie is an AMAZING person. She really keeps me going! Sue & the Dr are great as well. Just overall an EXCELLENT place to help get you to your goal weight. I HIGHLY recommend Changes Weight Loss!!

Solutions Weight Loss Center in Tulsa is one of the most amazing places I have ever been! They are very Professional, knowledgeable, and have the BEST customer service! The blonde lady(Julie) is the most out going, down to earth, sweet lady! She knows how to keep you on track with your weight loss plan. I recommend any one struggling with weight to go in and see them. What helped me most is the employees have before and after photos of themselves, so its nice to now they have been in our shoes and know what we are going through. This is a GREAT place to come to get rid of the excess fat!! The blonde is excellent for customer service! Nurse Practioner is awesome!! They dont rush you out the door! The dr is really well! Since me and my wife have started coming here I have lost 12 pounds and my wife has lost 11 pounds in only about 3 weeks. This program is legit, I have copd and with this program my breathing has improved 80%! This place is just FANSTATIC!!
