I took a Toshiba Satellite laptop to these people in need of a battery... Loose power jack ....3 weeks later, they actually brought out a box of pieces.. I waited in the lobby 3 hours as they put it back in working condition, amazingly it doesn't work at all. A reputable tech told me it wasn't worth the time or cost to repair the damage. The computer is a total loss. Do Not Take Anything you might want back to this place.
This service is excellent! We called to check out refurbished laptops that were immediately available and ended up purchasing a refurbished dell latitude e5430 For a fair price and are extremely pleased. It works well being i5 and was all ready to go with office preloaded and PC protection. The techs went over our new computer features and gave us tips to keep it lasting longest. No one kept us waiting everything was done right away, which was convenient. In other words, we’ll be taking our computer needs here from now on.
Was not greeted when I entered the store, I had to make introductions. Then filled out my own service ticket. All communication about my computer was through email, luckily I have an iPad. From start to finish they had my computer for 5 days to upgrade RAM. I was not offered my old parts on completion. Had I taken my Mac to an Apple store it would have been cleaned before it was returned. This was not the case from Mobile Macsters. If you have an Apple Store, I recommend you go there.
we've tried business with other places and when they wouldn't even look at my computer saying i needed to just replace it. RK computers took the time to look at it and they were able to do what we needed done. We've done business with them ever since. We will not go anywhere else.
Great service and prices. Very professional and friendly.
Great service, friendly honest people, fast and affordable prices. Thanks Compu people.
Great service and fast turn around.
I had a lightning strike that corrupted a $1400 water cooled gaming machine. I am not a total noob and performed many fixes and ultimately I formatted the HD but it still was giving me fits. Tech support from Cyberpower suggested many dire possibilities. I couldn't get my video card to be recognized and truly thought it was dead. I had my machine fixed within the week for $45.They knew I was expecting a hardware problem, it turned out to be software and instead of taking advantage of the situation, they treated me as fair as one could hope. I plan on having this machine upgraded there. A friend had her notebook screen replaced for labor and $5 over what she had priced the parts. Please patronize - we need business' like this.
Bad business: Took a laptop motherboard to Oars to have a power jack replaced. When I got the motherboard back the soldering job was terrible, they assured me that it was working and if I had any problems with it to bring it back in. Well I had problems with it so I took it back to them. They then tried to tell me that my battery was dead and I needed a new one. I was suspicious about the work they did so I took the motherboard to 3 other computer repair companies. All the companies said that they do not know how to solder and that they totally destroyed my motherboard beyond repair. I took the motherboard back to them with the information which was told to me. All I got was a dumb look from them and them telling me that the board worked fine when I left with it the first time. Everyone beware!!!! This company does not guarantee their work. Taking them to small claims court now.
