        I called this locksmith to ask if I could bring in a lock chamber to have him re-key it and he informed me that he only had a mobile business, he had no shop, which was kind of inconvenient because it usually makes it more expensive when the lock smith comes to your house. Plus he asked me what city I was in, which was Tulare, and he said he couldn't come that far; although he did offer me a solution to my problem.
