Provided by SuperpagesI noticed that reviews for Computer Sonics were all over the map so I was really nervous about doing business with them. I had a really bad experience with Best Buy, then a bad experience at Fry s and I really needed to be quick about finding another inexpensive supplier so I decided to give it a go. I called Computer Sonics and spoke with someone who I think they said was named Maury or Money, I m no sure, either way I told him what I needed and my concerns and found out they are under new ownership and he seemed really committed to customer service. I went in and didn t tell them who I was or that I d just called and was really surprised with how quickly I was greeted and how I was immediately helped even though they seemed really busy with phones and a couple other customers. I m going to go back a couple more times and see how it goes before I use them as my primary supplier, but so far I m really happy about my experience there.
The staff is very on top of things and they have everything there! They were very helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone who has any computer needs or needs a new computer. Thanks again.
