I went in to try on dresses and my experience was amazing! I talked to the manager at the Seattle Wedding Show and then they called me to set up my appointment date. Then they called me once to confirm my appointment (the day before) and then the day of to make sure that we were coming in due to the snow. I wanted time to think about ordering my dress as well as to wait for alteration/addition quotes and they called me within 5 days with quotes and just to check in. Then the manager (who was also the person who helped me at the store) called me again just to see if I had any questions and I ordered my dress! My experience has been phenomenal so far! 4 stars because I want to see how long it will take to get my dress in, then I'll update or re-post. So much better than David's Bridal down the street. Listened to a Bridesmaid complain to the manager about their bride not getting help, then listened to the employees complain about the bridesmaid. Not cool.

Had horrible service at this place and I was only going in for a veil. I am getting anxious now 3 weeks before my wedding and they still haven't gotten the veil in, I went into the store 2 months ago and they told me it would be in in a few weeks. Now I can't get a hold of them and may have to go somewhere else to find a veil. I do not recommend this place.

I agree with the other two ladies. they have very poor customer service. Everytime I call in to ask questions they are very cold. It seems like all they care about is numbers and try to nickel and dime you about everything. I ordered all 6 of my bridesmaid dresses from them and NONE of them fit my bridesmaids. They were all measured and the dress sizes were chosen off the measurements. not only did we have to pay $180 each dress but now we are going to have to pay for major alterations. If I could do it all over again I most certainly would not choose this store.

So far I am not impressed with this shop. Be careful about your choices because they have a very strict policy - no refunds or exchanges even if the dress does not fit. I ordered my dress about 7 weeks ago and haven't heard from them yet but can't get anyone on the phone either. I am nervous because the receipt states that if you don't pick up your dress within 14 days you forfeit your 50% deposit (in my case $100) and don't get the dress!! I live an hour away but am going to have to drive there if I can't get through on the phone just because I can't take the risk that I'll miss their call or they just won't call and I won't get my dress. Considering the investmet it is pretty poor customer service!

I would have given them zero stars if I could have. I tried on one of their sample bridesmaid dresses. The dress fit a little snug but the sales lady told me a size larger would not fit. When I received my dress a few months later, I could not even get the zipper up. I called the manager and told her this and she said I must have gained weight (which I had not). So she said come and show her the dress I had compared to the one I had tried on (sample dress). The sample dress fit me as it had before I ordered my dress. I asked the manager to try to zip my dress up and she could not zip it up (I could not breathe in it at all while she tried to zip it). She was extremely rude and even though it was obvious that the dress did not fit, she refused to exchange the dress and said I would have to order a new one for $160 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily Irina Turner, an alterations lady who works for Atelie Couture, sub-contracts with them and offered to alter my dress for free. She was amazing
