We were impressed with the selection and the price of both the tile flooring and the laminate flooring we choose. We thought Melissa was knowledgeable about the products. However, getting the product to our home has been nightmare for both products. Both products were promised to us for a certain date, each time we were told the product had been shipped elsewhere. The tile flooring came in two days before it had to be installed for appliances to arrive, after stalling the appliance delivery date. Now, we are waiting for the laminate flooring to come in. We, once again, have been given three dates for delivery, and it has been shipped to another location again. Installation is set for next weekend and so far we have not seen our product. We are also not given any type of payment compensation for these many delays and our frustration. We will never again use nor will we recommend this company based on their service.
