Started job Jul 2014 and has not yet finished. Have not seen him since 19 Aug 2014. Several commitments to come over to discuss were all "no shows" without explanation or apology. Left site a mess; materials purchased ruined by weather; no offer of reimbursement; no offer to complete; no offer to compensate; no offer to hire, at his expense, someone to complete the job. Work was both interior and exterior. We did not have a master bath for 7 months and hired someone else to complete. Our fencing was cut and is still laying on the ground ruining. It is a complete disgrace! Illness was involved early on, but that has been resolved and he is traveling to Phoenix, Scottsdale, New Mexico and California performing other work and ignoring our job, We gave him EVER break in the book and continue to pray he gets his act together. He USED to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, a man of his word, excellent workmanship, accountable, etc. but we do not see that any more.

Run as far away from this contractor as you can. Gave him his 50% down as requested, was told he would start in 2 days. 11 days later, no work even though it was promised to start on 2 separate occasions. Called for refund of money. Was told it would take a few days due to returned materials. After a few days, was told it could take up to 10 business days. Asked for money back, minus money for materials. Was told he would call me the next day and let me know when/where to pick up money. I never heard from him again. Two days later I filed paperwork to take him to small claims court. He came highly recommended from our realtor. She was very shocked to hear of his performance and behavior. Will not answer phone, return calls or respond to texts. I tried to try rate this contractor with no stars. I was not allowed to rate with no stars and had to choose one. My experience with this contractor has been horrible to say the least. Don't hire, you've been warned.
