Cardio Equipment - Elliptical trainers, treadmills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, stepmills and stair steppers are all available for your use at Mid-Valley. Bring your heart rate monitor and our Polar compatible machines can create a program for you to challenge your physical limits, or enjoy watching your favorite show while to workout using CardioTheatre.For your viewing enjoyment Mid-Valley offers CardioTheatre in all of our cardio areas. CardioTheatre provides you with the choice to eight different TV channels to watch while you are working out. Also included are 8 music channels for your listening pleasure. All you have to provide is the headphones.Weight Room - Mid-Valley is fully equipped for all your weight training needs. Cybex selectorized weight machines offer an effective circuit style, strength training workout. Our Hammer Strength, plate weighted weight machines offer the safety of selectorized with the feel of free weights. With over 8000 lbs of free weights, Mid-Valley offers a wide range of free weight equipment including dumbbells, smith machines, cable crossovers, universals, Hoist composite motion leg press, flat, incline and decline benches, BOSU, exercise balls, mats, elastic bands, steps. With a staff of Personal Trainers, Mid-Valley has everything you need for a well rounded strength training workout.Group Exercise Classes - Mid-Valley offers a Group Exercise class for everyone. Group exercise classes offer an instructor led workout that include Aqua Aerobics, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Step Power Tone and more. There are classes everyday at a variety of times. Group exercises classes are motivating, offer group support, and provide a safe, well rounded, instructor guided workout. Come to a class.Pool and Spa - The 75' outdoor lap pool provides 3 lanes for lap swimming. We provide a warmer pool 86-88 degrees, for those enjoy warm water or suffer from arthritis. The pool is covered November to April to provide a more comfortable swimming atmosphere, and uncovered in the summer. Also located outside is our spa. Maintained at 99-105 degrees the spa provides a relaxing atmosphere for post swimming or post workout relaxation. Water aerobics classes are available to all members at no additional cost.Sauna - Mid-Valley has dry and steam saunas. There are dry saunas in the mens' and womens' locker rooms. There is a also a co-ed steam sauna for member use.Racquetball Court - Reserve a court and play. We have a racquetball court for use by the member for racquetball or hand ball.Basketball Court - Mid-Valley has transformed a racquetball court into a basketball recreation area for shooting, drills, and one-on-one play. With a professional grade, breakaway rim and wood floor, this court is great for warming up for your workout or playing one-on-one.Playcare - Mid Valley Athletic Club offers free Playcare for all members. Playcare is open daily for your workout convenience. Kids 6 weeks to 12 years old are supervised while you workout. Playcare hours: Monday - Saturday: 8: 30 am- 11: 30am, Monday - Friday: 4: 15pm-7: 45pm.
