Level Bar & Lounge

We went to Level with 12 ladies for a bachelorette party and instead of getting the red carpet we received the worst service ever. After paying a large cover to go into an EMPTY bar, we found a table to sit at. After being there for about a half hour, waiting for a server to take our drink order, the manager came and asked us to move to another table because the table we were seated at was reserved for another group. There were no reserved signs anywhere to be found and the area where he wanted us to sit did not accommodate our large group. The group he sat in the area where we were was half the size. He did not apologize for the confusion and didn't even come over to ensure that we were comfortable. Attempting to not let this ruin our night we attempted to order a drink but a there was no servers to be found. We went to the front and demanded a refund for the cover and went to Pearl nightclub. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The decor and design of this bar would make it seem as if it were a high class establishment but instead it was nothing but ghetto servers, a manager in a ratty suit, scuffed shoes with BAD business sense.
