        Lazy boy Tucson is LAZEEEEE. They don't post their hours on website or voicemail. They are closed all day today and you can't find that out until you drive to the store. They fail at THE most basic customer service 101. SHOP SAM LEVITZ instead. Great customer service and communication on web, phone and in store.

        I purchased Anderson Reclina-R...

        I purchased Anderson Reclina-Rocker® Recliner [Style Number: 234] from La-z-boy store at 7671 e broadway blvd, Tucson, az for $299+tax=$326. My salesperson was bill murry and he did not provide good follow thru on delivery. I placed order on 8-8-11 and asked for pick up on 8-20-11; bill promised it would be available by 8-15-11 but it was not. Pick up was not possible on 8-20-11 so it took many phone calls to finally work it out and a lot of my time was wasted but finally manager jimmy berry gave free delivery on 8-27-11. Not a positive purchasing experience. Recliner itself is ok; it is new but I have no complains about it so far; just as I saw in showroom
