        Kelly's does a wonderful job taking care of drop-ins, making them feel as important as people with an appointment. Their work is excellent and my nails have never looked as good. Their hygiene practices are excellent. This shop is not so frilly that men would feel out of place, in fact, I see men getting pedicures quite often. They are friendly, fast and fair.
