Terrible! Unprofessional. Probably the worst funeral I have ever attended. The service was at the church, the funeral director was nasty. No memorial cards were available. They demanded the funeral be paid in full at the church when arrangements had been made to bill the balance. In cash or check no less. They got lost from the church to the cemetery and were a half hour late. I would never use them.
