Established in 1941, X-R-I Testing Inc. is a division of X-ray Industries, which is involved in performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection services on customer s products for integrity, safety and reliability. Based in Troy, Mich., the company uses nondestructive testing methods, such as film and digital radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic and acid etch. It provides its services to clients in the aerospace, defense, automotive, food and power generation industries. X-R-I Testing also offers NDT consulting and aerospace NDT training services to firms interested in developing or enhancing their in-house nondestructive testing capabilities. The ISO 9001:2000 certified firm has accreditations from British Standards Institution, Nadcap Chemical Processing and Nadcap Management Council.
