Not a good office, they were rude and didn't care to take the time to answer our questions. All they were interested in was their fee. We started treatment with Dr.Graff and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Albert and Staff are highly recommended because from the first day I walked in the office with my daughter we felt at home. The staff is kind and considerate and made sure we knew every step of the precess before moving forward. Dr. Albert takes his time each visit to make sure he exsplains the progress and what to exspect. The office was always clean and comfortable. Not once did I have to wait more than 10 mins to be seen. If you want a upfront and honest Doctor taking care of your childs teeth or your own This is the Orthodontics office to bring your whole family to. This is the best place to take your kids for braces. The staff is knowledgeable, and according to my 9 yr old, the office is "way cool". He wants to go more often:) Dr. Albert took time to explain everything. As a parent, I felt comfortable with the office and staff!

Dr. Albert and the staff were professional, caring and very accommodating. Dr. Albert was always very attentive and made sure I understood each step of the process. As a teacher I hear a lot about Orthodontists from my students and I am happy to say that I can now refer them to the best!

My daughter is 9yrs old and we go to the Palm Harbor office. Dr. Albert and his staff are professional and so caring and personalble. I tell all of my friends with kids and even adults looking for an Orthandontist. They are very accomidating with apointments, send reminders via email and through telephone. The office is clean and set up very nice. I am confortable with allowing my daughter to go back by herself but the office is set up so that I may go back with her if I like to watch and ask any questions.

Doctor Albert visited us at my school and my mom decided we should visit him. I dont usually like doctors but they made me feel very comfotable and I will be fine when we visit again.
