I was in there today and there were 3 people in line each getting helped so I waited till it was my turn and once all 3 were done, each of the nurses that were done walked to the back hallway and I was left there standing and I looked back there after 5 min and they were doing dancing moves, when my 3 and a half month child is out in the lobby coughing her lungs out, then we had to wait 45 min just to get back there, then we ended up waiting in there for 23 more min and when I opened up the door and asked when will the doctor will be in she says there was an emergency, which I didn't understand cause there were 3 nurses talking and 2 others were looking at the computer, and if there was a big emergency wouldn't they go to the emergency room if it was that serious, so then we called GTCC and now we're being seen and treated way better. I feel like for a 3 month old they would have been more on top of things to see what was wrong

This is the only urgent care I will go to because they know me Well and they have taken care of my family for years and the staff is very nice as Well

I went to this facility with a terrible rash. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and caring. I was seen within 5 minutes. The Dr. was fantastic! Got meds and a shot. Feeling better already! I highly recommend this clinic!
