Elite Dry Cleaners

Horrible! They lost the pants to my husband's two very expensive designer suits and told us to sue them. Don't take your clothing here. Owned by the same arrogant and outrageous folks that own Master Dry Cleaners.

When I walked in, the place was immaculate! Very professional atmosphere. The first few times I dropped my clothes off, but then I found out that they have a free pickup/drop-off service... so that is what I have used since. They have been on schedule with everything, which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies!

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They ruined an expensive article of my clothing (orange sized hole in it) and refused to replace it. In fact, when I called to tell them of the damages (10 mins after I picked it up) I was yelled at and hung up on. Even the owner was rude and suggested that I was lying to get money out of them. They STILL will not call me back and when I came to re-pick up the item that had been ruined they DIDN'T HAVE IT. I wouldn't even leave them a single rating star if I didn't have to in order to submit this review. I've never been so insulted in my entire life and would highly recommend against going to "Elite" Dry Cleaners if you value the clothing that you're dropping off.
