        Heather Smith, Laura Banek, Brian and Jamie LaFerriere were all part of the outstanding an professional 'gold-standard' of customer service at Bill Marsh Buick GMC. They took a difficult task and went over and beyond the call of duty. Our Saturn Vue with 190k miles on it brought use through that difficult winter and now through summer mostly because of the care of the Bill Marsh Buick GMC service department.
