        Overall

        I love this business. When you come through the door they are ready to greet you. Unlike many businesses the employees do not stand around ignoring customers. I had one order get messed up and they promptly corrected it.

        Brought a wristwatch in that was running slow...the "tech" opened it up, inserted a new battery, told me that the battery was not the problem, the watch appeared to be broken and recommended a watch repair shop a mile away. The watch repairman opened up the watch, looked at it and promptly showed me where "the last guy who worked on this" scraped across the windings and broke it. The owner basically told me to screw off.

        Overall

        They suck. Wouldn't return a battery that was three months old and had a three year warranty. I think that's illegal. Didn't even want to give one star.
