A 1 Advantage Heating & Cooling

I could not have been more impressed with Jim and his service. Woke up to a house at 50 degrees when the heat went out overnight. Called A-1 Advantage first thing in the morning, because of the previous service sticker on the furnace. Jim talked us through some diagnostics over the phone which helped determine it wasn't something we could fix ourselves. After coming to the house he determined the problem, but the part which needed repair required a trip across town to pick up. During his very busy schedule, Jim made two trips to the house and one through a heavily trafficked town. Jim was prompt, friendly, and very gracious through what could have been a much more frustrating ordeal. I know I will never be using anyone else's services but his from now on!

I wouldn't use them. They told us they wouldn't give us a quote to hook up our heater in the garage because we didn't buy the heater from them. That's crappy business! Come to find out, we also had to replace our furnace, so he lost out on a big job.

I am very impressed with A-1 Advantage....Jim installed an air conditioner on our wall in living room, kept us very comfortable during the hot summer...Installment was neat, clean, efficient. and attractive...He also installed a gas furnace a few years ago..still going strong and no problems....I will continue to call A-1 Advantage if I need any heating or cooling items...
