It appears that Fader's has yet to grasp the most elementary aspect of relationship and retention marketing- that of good customer service. When you walk in, don't be surprised if no one acknowledges your existence. This is common practice there. In addition, you'll love the ostentatious air of the employees who constantly project the attitude- "I'm better than you". Also, at times don't be surprised if they seem annoyed that they have to get up from their leather chairs to help you- they are. Last but not least, if you're looking for answers as to when a particular product will arrive-- don't. Overall, an absolutely deplorable customer service experience.
