Seitz

I worked for the Seitz company for about 1 year not expecting to stay there for the rest of my life mind you. I have seen how the employees are treated and the management says they care but they don't only hiring temps to fill the machine work or hire someone to work for the company then fire them in 6 months so they do not have to pay the unemployment fees if they worked more than 6 months. I was "terminated" from the company because of a few mistakes which my supervisor told me not to worry about, he back stabbed me and put all of the departments blame on me. My reasoning for this is everything with the company was fine, well how they treated me anyways, soon as I get sick and started using the health insurance which is co-pay by the way , they started to treat me different. This company is 2 faced and only cares about money, why do you think they have another company in China so they can sell this one and make a profit.
