Your company came by about a year ago and glad you did. Pacific Homeworks has now done my Patio, Windows & Tile. I will be doing more projects with pacific homeworks.

I have found Fernando to very courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The craftsmanship shown by all of the men working on the kitchen was excellent. I would like to point out the outstanding effort put forth by Benito. Not only was his work good but he was very conscientious of the quality of his work. He would not do anything that he felt was not the best way to handle the situation. The floor tiler. The carpenters and plumber were very good at what they do. The electricians bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the electrical work

I want you to know how very pleased I am with the Tex-Cote Coolwall exterior coating I had applied to my home. The crew was very professional, it looks wonderful and is a great improvement to my home. I also want to commend the crew as to the cleanup every night before leaving so our life could continue without any great interference. I am also impressed with the follow up done by the foreman and project manager. Thank you for a job well done.

The head of the installation crew was very nice and helpful. I had my windows done and I have 5 cats that he managed to keep all in the house and out of the way.

My patio door is very good quality. The salesperson was also very nice.

Five years ago I had a new roof put on my mother's house. The original roof on her house was 20 years old and leaking in several places! My mom was looking for someone to just patch her roof, but I insisted on having the whole roof replaced since there were multiple leaks and who knows what other leaks were up there that we hadn't found out about yet.



Phil came over to give us a quote on the roof. My mom had a million questions which Phil was very kind and patient in answering all of them. He made sure that we were comfortable with what we were about to purchase before signing on the dotted line. He was also very knowledgeable about their product line.



After signing on the dotted line and committing to purchasing a brand new roof, the work started a few days later. The roofing crew was very professional, efficient, and clean! They made sure before they left everyday that there were no stray nails on the floor or debris. We never worried if the roofing crew was doing their job. If we didn't hear them working, they always made sure that we knew when they were going on break, lunch, and when they would be stopping work for the day. Periodically during the course of the two day build, Phil would come over to hop up on the roof to make sure that the roofing crew was doing their job correctly.



In the end, the company did a great job on my mom's roof! There is a noticeable difference in temperature inside the house, especially during the summertime. I would definitely use this company again for any further home improvements. They may be a bit on the pricier side of things, but it's worth the peace of mind in knowing that they will do a fabulous job with high quality materials and great workmanship. I would've given this company 5 stars, but had to take 1 away for the bothersome followup calls. One call to check if they did a good job is ok, but 3 calls because they were trying to sell my mom more products after repeatedly saying, "no" is unacceptable. Overall I would recommend this company to others and would use them again.

I had the remaining two windows I needed replaced done by Pacific Homeworks. They did an excellent job. Five years earlier, I interviewed five different window contractors to replace the first six windows. Believe me, they were all quite different! The contractor I selected did a pretty good job but I have to say the quality of the windows Pacific Homeworks installed is a bit better. My one regret I have is; I think I think I could have negotiated a little better price, but that was my fault.

Phil was my contact person when I had our roof done five years ago. He was very thorough when he showed me the different kinds of roofs that is suitable for my house. He spent several hours explaining to me the roof that I chose which has 50 years warranty. The roof was completed in two days time and I am extremely satisfied with the work they've done.



If I have another home improvement done to my house, I will gladly call on this office again.
