Bubbles Pet Spa

I told her that I did not want her to get a poodle cut like they gave her last time or to be shaved. She then said she had to shave her because she was too matted and I said that was obviously not required . She said that due to age she could not do her comb out "due to policy" . I said let me comb her out and she said I could not use her tool but that if I wanted I could do it?? I was upset by that point, not feeling like a customer. That was the business experience I received. What a joke of a business experience where the customer cannot request a service and pay for it. The groomer was rude and disrespectful. expect poor service out come in the work product. Its all mediocre. I am going to post my negative experiences on other website. Sad impersonal service. I won't be back to "Bubbles" as it has gone downhill following it initial opening

Bubbles gives our sheepdog the best cut and grooming she's ever had! She loves to go. The staff is friendly. It's a fun experience for us as well as our dog.

I took my 10-month old puppy there. She had very long hair, a few knots, but was completely brushed the night before taking her in. We requested that she be trimmed to about 1 inch. When we picked her up, she had been completely stripped of all her hair, right down to the skin in some places. When I called to complain, I was told that they did that because she was severely matted, which was untrue. She has nicks in several places and can't be taken outside for fear of sunburn. All this for $45.00! NEVER AGAIN!

I have been to both Bubbles locations and they are always friendly and professional. High standards of grooming. A+++!
