Shawnee Management

I have been a tenant for a few months now and I'm very disappointed. I was given the house with trash in the yard (including tires), broken windows (taped glass), overgrown grass and vegetation on the back of the house and the washer drain pipe was just directly onto the side yard. none of these issues violated any city codes (according to Steve, the manager and maintenance head.) after calling in a leak from the roof, it took them over 2 months to fix.. office secretary second guessed me saying that I caused damage to the property even when there's a police report of breaking and entering and damage to my own property as well.. sanitary issues such as a sewer back up that filled up the bath tub and took them almost 3 days to repair. not professional at all, and always have to call them at least twice for any issue since their emergency line is joke and they never listen to the voicemails. the list goes on and on, but overall, absolutely disappointed. would never recommend to anyone.
