        Overall

        UNSATISFIED......two representatives came out on two different occasions and gave me two different unrelated reasons what the problem could be. Asked for their manager/owner (JOE) to personally call me and talk about the situation. He never did. 4 days later I got a message from one of the reps to call. I personally put out over $3000 and still having problems. Gave one star - and they don't even deserve that!! Oh and don't buy their monthly service plan - its a RIP OFF !!
