very knowledgeable an presentable sales men, acted professional during the whole presentation, although we did not qualify to purchase one based on our credit, i would still recommend anyone who can afford one to buy one....my mother and most of my family have them and wouldn't buy any other vacuum.

The Kirby reps were complete gentlemen! By the time they were finished, my entire living was vacuumed. I love the Kirby vacuum - it is of very high quality and worth every penny. They showed me how to do everything on the machine. I love it !

When the individual knocked on the door I was hesitant to let them in. The individual looked disheveled and his shirt was tucked half in and half out. The were traveling in a van. I finally agreed to let them do their presentation. The younger man who came to the door was very professional. He was new to the presentation however did very well. In my opinion the length of the presentation is too long. The first individual that came to the door left the young man and when the young man called for him to come back he waited for nearly a half hour. Finally the supervisor came to pick up the young man and complete the deal. We ended up buying the Kirby and so far are satisfied with its performance. I was excited about the carpet scrubber option that came with it however after looking at it I'm not impressed. I do think that it is extremely overpriced. It does have a lot of power and works well.

I had no problems with them. I Love my vaccuum, it does better than any other vaccuum I've ever had, and I do not regret buying it. The guy that came and demo'd it for us was very nice as well.

These guys were awesome. They came last Saturday, and got a horrible ink stain out of my rug that ive tried everything to remove. This is my 2nd Kirby, I'll never use anything else.

Door to door salesman representing this company handed me a bottle of dish soap and said it was a free promotional item and asked if he could come in. I was visiting my elderly parents and said they might be interested, but not today. The salesman asked for the bottle of soap he just gave me back....
