        While Stevie Joe is a nice guy...

        While Stevie Joe is a nice guy, he is a inspector. He sold us a house he inspected but failed to disclose the broken windows, major plumbing issues including septic problems AND flooding issues. He told us there were no problems, but shortly after we moved in, we learned the hard way, he ignored all these MAJOR problems. Do NOT use him to inspect your home because you will not get honesty or full disclosure.
