        Established in 1980, Community Services Consortium is a community action agency. Located in Toledo, Ore., the consortium provides support to individuals and families which lack sufficient financial resources to meet basic necessities and a quality life. It also offers an array of programs and services in the categories of 10-year plan to end homelessness, healthy kids program, mortgage payment assistance program, resource development and year round youth program. Community Services Consortium serves the residents of Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties.
