Publix Super Market at Colonial Coast Crossing

Great Publix, Worst Deli. Ever.

I have no real problem with this Publix outside of the lanky kid in the deli. This inexperienced young man routinely ruins subs. In fact, I've not had a single good one since he's been there. The bread is cut unevenly, is often soggy, and the placement of elements desired both proportionately and logistically make no sense. Why is the meat hacked to bits and thrown around between the randomized vegetables and copious amount of salad and the ocean of sauce? I'm also relatively sure he doesn't change his gloves or is even Safe Food certified, and I contracted food poisoning the last two times I ate a sub. However, the rest of the store, even their Sushi, is completely on point. Fire that kid, and it's one of- if not the best- stores I've been to in this chain.
