Shades of Darkness

Would have received five stars but the staff ruined that chance. The salon itself is nice but the staff all have an attitude and act as though you are bothering them. Don't dare ask a question either because it will be answered in a condescending valley girl voice!! :(

I have been coming here for years! I love it, staff is the same doesn't keep changing! There is a blonde girl who has been there for yrs. and she is extremely helpful & friendly! They have more specials now going on. Great beds and very clean. Not a hang out place felt very comfortable when I go there. Been to a lot of places and this one is the best! Wouldn't change it !

Worst tanning salon I have ever been to in my life! The front desk attendant was so preoccupied flirting with the maintenance man that I had to stick my head out of my room (holding my clothes up to my body as to not wipe off the lotion) just to say, "Umm HELLO!!!???" Completely unprofessional and unfriendly, she acted as if I was bothering her because she had to wait on me. On top of it all, when I specifically asked for John Abate tanning lotion she lied to my face and said, "They don't make that lotion anymore" and insisted I buy a different bottle that was $80 and I got a burn. Seriously, don't waste your time or money at this place.

Great tanning beds, very friendly service, Awesome deals!! I hav been coming here for years I would never go anywhere else!!!
