I had a 11 am appt but was in the area so asked if I could get in on the schedule then it was about 10 am. By 11 am I was on my way which included a counsel with Kyll and an estimate for tires on next service date. Always the best service - but this time was above expectations!

We have bought 2 Ford Trucks at Landmark in the last two years, unfortunately because the first one got totaled (not our fault). Both times our experience has been exceptional. We were treated very professionally and respectfully both times. Our last truck bought about a month ago was purchased with the assistance of Alex in Sales. He had outstanding product knowledge and let us consider our options at our pace, vs. pushing us hard to make a decision. The result was great, I love my new truck. Thanks!!

Overall, very good experience. Only complaint is a slight lack of communication. We were told our truck would be delivered on a Monday. We had to call Monday afternoon for an update. Truck was not delivered on Monday. I called Tuesday for an update. Truck was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Suggestion of keeping communication open and make sure to followup with customer so they aren't at home wondering what is going on.

Great! I came in to the service dept for a modem replacement and the service engine light came on in my car on the way to the service shop! Jason was able to fit that service into the schedule and had our car repaired, the modem replaced and it washed the same night! We were very appreciative of silver team's efforts.

Our saleslady, Kari, made the visit and subsequent buy a most positive experience. She was very knowledgeable about all facets of the Ford/Lincoln family of cars, professional, personable and had the patience of a saint with us and our myriad of questions.
