Greg gave a thorough inspection at an affordable price. He was honest when he didn't know the answer to something, but he did know answers to most everything I asked about. He's friendly and pleasant to work with. He explained things thoroughly without being the least bit condescending, which I very much appreciated as first time homebuyer. I received a detailed list of repairs, which saved me from having to jot things down on my own as well as a maintenance homeowners cd, which was a pleasant surprise.
