HealthTRAC is one of the departments of the Three Rivers Area Hospital Authority, a community-owned, nonprofit regional medical center and health care organization located in Three Rivers, Mich. HealthTRAC offers various options for physical fitness, weight loss and managing health. Its personal trainers, who are exercise physiologists with degrees in exercise science and accredited by established accrediting associations, develop customized fitness and nutrition programs for members. HealthTRAC provides modern exercise facilities, including fitness classes for adults and children, swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool hot tub. It also offers a cushioned jogging track, Cybex weight machines, free weights, SideTRAC Caf for healthy eating options and KidsTRAC, a child care service for parents working out at HealthTRAC.
