Country Manor Apartments

STAY AWAY from this dump! The landlord is a slumlord and a predator. He doesn't take care of the property and his "property manager" is a useless individual who only lies when his lips are moving. Our experience here has been nothing less than horrific. There has been a bedbug issue for the better part of a year in various units and he has just recently (under court order) started treating it. He has allowed sewage to soak into carpets inside units and provided a shop vacuum as the means of the TENANTS cleaning the mess. This happened twice in 18 months and our carpet was NEVER professionally cleaned never mind replaced. I suggest checking the court records before moving here. They ARE public record.
