Gasco

Extremely poor customer service. Gasco promised a bulk LP delivery within 1 week after being told my tank was at 10%. Contacted Gasco on last promised delivery day (now tank at 2%) only to be told it would be the following week. Explained previous commitment by Gasco clerk and was advised a dispatcher (someone named Ben) would call back. After 2 hours and no one returning my call I called Gasco. The clerk who answered the phone stated that Ben the dispatcher (who would not come to the phone) only stated he would NOT deliver the LP until the following week, possibly Wednesday. I informed the clerk I would run out of propane by then Her only response was to repeat Ben's statement. This company has no concept of customer service, dispite what they say on their web site, and should be avoided. I gave this firm one star only because I could not give it NO stars.
