        Club At Shenandoah Spings Village THis is a private resort club with the residential property tracts registered as Tri-Palm Estates Members must own residential property Annual maintenance fees apply Member and guests allowed on all common recreational areas including two golf courses.Guests pay nominal green fees.

        All Tracts are governed by the C.C, and Rs and the Declaration of restrictons and charges

        The bilateral approved governing Rules and Regulations are an intrical part of the Declarations
