Michael's Flooring and Furniture

I purchased carpet for my basement 2 1/2 years ago. The sales man was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the installation crew was less that professional. After they completed the job, I spent several hours cleaning up after them. There were little tack nails everywhere. The seems were very obvious. The crew smoked in my backyard most of the day. All this would have been OK if the carpet had lasted, but I had to have part of the basement restretched within a year. The larger family room started bunching just after the 1 year warrantly expired. Now, I will need to have the remainder of the basement restretched.



My family has used Michaels to carpet their entire homes with good results. I, on the other hand, am very disappointed with the qualitiy of workmanship in my home. We have decided to never risk getting the type of installation again.
