        Horrible office manners. The...

        Horrible office manners. They called to reschedule my wife the DAY OF her appointment, after having already taken the day off. This happened twice in a row. When finally rescheduled, they take an extended lunch and are unreachable. Very nonchalant about inconveniencing patients.
